Commentary: This comic took me millions of years to draw.
In other news, when Kony is brought down from all the worldwide attention being drawn to him, the main argument is that since he is an African warlord, another African warlord will simply just take his place. Bringing him down wouldn’t change the fact that there are so many other people involved with him outside the LRA who are most likely keeping this war going for their own benefit, which means stopping Kony will not necessarily stop them, and therefore, again, some other bad apple will just take his place. Plus there are probably lots of other warlords in the Congo, or in Burma, or in Mexico who should be taken down too and aren’t famous or known. But however, the main point of the Kony 2012 thing and of that dude who made that viral movie is that with the global community coming together, that it’s possible to achieve things like never before thought possible, and that this will be a first step to a better future… that’s just my initial thoughts about it.
